Holidays and special occasions can bring out the grasping mind ! At these times we can get particularly attached to how things “should be” ( the ideal holiday / family /mood etc ) and we miss out on being with things as they actually are. Keep an eye open for this judging mind and notice how it feels to do a bit of accepting instead. For everyone who is having a wonderful holiday period I encourage you to relish it to the full !
